Product Manager
Joined Bilibili’s Commercial Products team to lead product operations for the seeding marketing vertical.
Budget Allocation Model
One of the central challenges in seeding marketing is budget allocation between branded content and bidding ads — the two channels influence each other, yet lacked a systematic decision-making tool. I introduced the Loess smoothing algorithm to build a budget allocation model that dynamically optimizes the branded-to-bidding spend ratio within seeding campaigns. The model solves for the optimal allocation against key performance metrics, iterates on results, and delivers the most effective spend mix.
Trending Monitoring Automation
Built an automated Bilibili trending monitoring system for real-time tracking and trend analysis of popular content. Based on trending data, I developed a methodology for organic traffic growth — identifying key characteristics of viral content, detecting the triggers that spark traffic surges, and mapping the conversion path from trending moments to commercial outcomes. These insights are applied to industry proposals, helping clients understand how to achieve effective organic traffic growth within the Bilibili ecosystem.
