Responsible for backend architecture and team collaboration in the core business group, focused on stability and performance of high-concurrency systems.

This role grew me from a feature developer into an engineer accountable for overall technical direction. Beyond architecture and coding, I began to focus on how technology truly serves business goals — supporting higher commercial value at lower cost, and balancing stability, iteration speed, and team growth.

Leading a team also taught me that good architecture is not only about tech choices; it is an organizational design that lets everyone collaborate efficiently.
